Poll: What concerns you most about Adobe’s move to subscription software?

Well, I think my previous reply just got eaten. Repeatedly paying for access was my choice as the biggest bother, but the second, third, and fourth, in that order, are also of substantial concern. I reckon that Adobe does not care about my voice in this matter, as I have yet to start post-processing, so I am not yet their customer.

While I make no claim to being a “pro” photographer, I do shoot evidentiary images, and upload quite a few OOC JPEGs for my employer. On my own time, I have largely been content to either shoot film, or be happy with OOC JPEGs. If this is the direction the PP software industry is going, I am very unlikely to ever become their customer. Seeing Adobe’s pricing makes me think that shooting film is not so expensive, after all.

Edit: Well, I see my previous reply made it through the fog. This one was sufficiently different, however, so I will leave both as-is.
